LRO Mentor Program
The men at LifeRight Outreach (LRO) are in need of mentors.
As Jesus sent his disciples out into the wilderness, it was often in pairs. The men at LRO need men to pair with them as they walk the road to restoration. We ask that you would prayerfully consider mentoring one of the men at LRO and begin helping God change the world one life at a time.

We are searching for those in our community and surrounding communities to PRAYERFULLY consider partnering with LifeRight Outreach (LRO). We are calling on those, who feel led to
GIVE and SUPPORT our "1906 to 1906 Lifeline Campaign".
Our commitment in return is to change lives and help these men become stronger and productive members of our Alexandria community and the surrounding areas.

Our Mission.
God has placed a calling on the heart of LifeRight Outreach to reach out to those who suffer from addiction. LRO is committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus. While searching for the broken, hurting, and contrite hearts, LRO is trying to help men who have lost their way. They want to rebuild lives that are hurting and broken. LRO is helping these men make it back home.
Luke 15:4 “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?”

It is our duty to make disciples of the people that the Lord brings to LRO.
Matthew 28:19-20 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
LRO LifeSkills Program
From the beginning of time, God created man to work. We at LRO believe that work is one of the most important steps in the restoration process. Work builds or restores self-worth in the men entrusted to us. Weekly LifeRight Outreach (LRO) has a “shop day”. Men have the opportunity to head to a shop with staff and get their hands dirty while learning valuable life skills and trades such as changing tires on a car, changing oil, performing general maintenance on vehicles, welding, home improvement/maintenance, and construction/landscape skills. Various projects including building fish houses, working on cars/trucks/ boats, yard equipment repair and much more happen throughout the year. It is a goal of LifeRight Outreach to give the men, who come to us, skills that can be used throughout their lifetime.

Volunteer DRIVERS NEEDED!
With 20 men in our program, it is difficult to get everyone to appointments on time. If you have a flexible schedule that would allow you to get men to appointments, to jobs, or allow them to take care of business and personal matters, you would bless LRO and the men here more than you could ever imagine.
Volunteer opportunities do not end there
We believe that God has blessed you with a special ability or strength that would bring value to lives at LRO. You may have a skill or service to share that we are not yet even aware that we need. Rather than attempting to make God’s creation (that’s you!) fit into a predetermined “volunteer mold”, tell us how you think you can help, what you have to share, or how you think you would best be able to serve. And we will prayerfully discern a way to enable you to shine the Light Of Christ as you volunteer to the men at LRO.
